If you are interested in subscribing to SAMS online Photofact® Manual database repository, please complete the form below or contact us by phone to arrange account setup. Currently all subscriptions are entered in to our system manually. Subscription requests after 2:00 pm (EST) Monday - Thursday will be completed the following business day. After 2:00 pm (EST) Friday - Sunday, subscription requests will be completed the following Monday.

Terms and Conditions
I agree to the following terms and conditions in regards to the agreed upon subscription for Photofact Online (here in referred to as "database"), the online database from SAMS Technical Publishing.
Subscribing to Photofact Online provides access to the online database of manuals from SAMS Technical Publishing. This database is searchable via the web at www.photofactonline.com, where searches are completed by entering the model number from the device being serviced. Partial model numbers can be searched on and the database will bring back results regarding the availability of manuals in the database.
Whereas some manuals have not yet been digitized, access to such manuals will be delayed, while they are digitized. This digitizing process is spurred by the automatic notification that results from attempted access of the said manuals. The digitizing of the manuals typically happens within 2 business days.
This subscription is for a 6-month period and goes to an automatic monthly renewal after the basic subscription term is fulfilled, unless cancelled 10 days prior to the monthly renewal date. Payment is made by monthly charge to a credit or debit card, no invoicing on monthly plans.
The materials contained in the PDF files viewed and/or downloaded as part of this subscription are copyrighted and/or trademarked materials and cannot be copied, reprinted, redistributed, or resold in any form, whether in paper or electronic format.
